These terms apply to use of the Allota AI website and workspace. By using either, you agree to them.
Workspace access is issued by Allota AI to an organization administrator, who is responsible for the accounts they create. Credentials must not be shared outside the organization.
You retain ownership of your lead records, call recordings and business data. You are responsible for holding valid licences for any third-party service you connect, including Marg ERP 9+, Busy, Meta and IndiaMART, and for obtaining any consent required to record calls under applicable law.
The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited bulk messaging in breach of applicable regulation, or to process data you have no right to process.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.
